Much good work was accomplished in Calgary on Friday and Saturday. Upon arriving in Calgary around 10:00 am my guerrilla and I promptly got to work disseminating my hard hitting flyers “Ed Stelmach and the sodomite agenda wicked.” The purpose of this flyer is to challenge head on the pervasive homofascism being inflicted on ordinary Albertans by the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal and Premier Ed Stelmach’s culpability in it.

For about one and a half hours we were able to disseminate approximately 200 flyers without incident. Then things changed. As we entered one of the U of C parking lots a campus security SUV pulled up and demanded we stop as we were heading towards cars to leaflet. This is what happened next:
This is a true account of what took place at the University of Calgary on July 25th, 2008, around 11:30 AM.
Bill Whatcott shouts to his Jihad for Jesus guerrilla fighter: “run!”
Campus security “Stop we’re calling the police”
Bill Whatcott to security while running with a fist full of flyers: “call whoever you like I got flyers to get out!”
Campus security starts running after Whatcott and his guerilla fighter
Whatcott notices one security driving an SUV, one on bike and one on foot
Whatcott orders his guerrilla fighter to run in opposite direction and Whatcott heads for a campus building hoping to lose the campus security so he could get back to leafleting unmolested.
Whatcott’s guerrilla fighter takes off like a gazelle with his bag full of flyers
Whatcott is better fed and a little slower than his guerrilla fighter, the campus security all choose to go after him
Whatcott makes the campus building huffing and puffing with the security on a bike in leisurely pursuit
Whatcott huffing and puffing runs up the stairs with the campus security running behind him carrying his bike on his shoulder
Whatcott to a startled Chinese student on the stairs watching the spectacle says: “Hey read this!” thrusts a flyer into student’s hand as Whatcott and campus security runs by him.
Campus security to Whatcott running behind him, “excuse me sir can we stop and talk for a minute?”
Whatcott to security, still huffing and puffing: “No! I still have flyers to get out!”
Now Whatcott is running down the hallway and security is riding his bike behind him radioing his location. Students in the hallway are looking at the spectacle with fascination.
Whatcott to one or two students as he runs by: “read the flyer which is driving this guy to chase me!!!” Whatcott sticks a couple flyers into student’s hands as he runs by.
Whatcott now turns and runs down stairs and outside still huffing and puffing with the campus security officer either riding or running with his bike on his shoulder in leisurely pursuit.
Security riding bicycle behind Whatcott as they run through parking lot, Campus security SUV now shows up and joins the slow moving high speed chase. “sir, can we stop and talk for a minute about your flyers?”
Whatcott still huffing and puffing: “No! I still have flyers to get out!”
Whatcott and security now reaches a sidewalk. Whatcott knows he is doomed but decides he might as well get out as many flyers and tie up as much of security’s time as possible to insure his guerrilla fighter gets away.
Whatcott’s spirit is zealous for the Lord but his body and lungs are rather tired. He starts walking on the sidewalk and hands flyers to students while approximately four security officers walk behind him and the head of campus security drives beside him in a marked SUV.
Campus security informs Whatcott he is not wanted on campus. (Whatcott vaguely hopeful he might still be able to get off campus to leaflet the rest of the city asks for directions off campus)
Security asks Whatcott: What’s your name
Whatcott to security. “Its on my flyers”
Security walking beside Whatcott looks for name on flyer
Whatcott gets approx 200 yards to edge of campus praying and hopeful to make it off but head of campus security kyboshes all hope as he barks the order to his officers, “arrest him!”
Whatcott gets pushed up against chain link fence and put in cuffs………….
And with that Whatcott’s ministry to University of Calgary’s poor students who are being oppressed and brainwashed with homofascism, feminism, socialism and all manner of noxious political correctness, came to an undignified end.
MINISTRY IN A CAMPUS HOLDING CELL
“Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season,” 2 Timothy 4:2
I was driven to the campus security office and put in a holding cell. My handcuffs were pretty tight and uncomfortable. To my pleasant surprise one of the security guards a Frenchman was placed outside my locked cell door to keep a constant eye on me. He explained I was under continuous observation to insure I did not commit suicide or engage in violent behavior while in the holding cell. The truth is I am a pretty happy guy and with the cell being solid concrete and my hands cuffed behind my back my opportunities for violence and suicide were pretty limited anyways. Praise God though I had a Frenchman as a captive audience and informed him of such. I told him about Christ being the answer, about abortion being murder, sodomy being an abomination and also gave him solid teaching on how the University of Calgary has been taken over by the left which has created an oppressive and homofascist environment where one can’t speak the truth on important moral issues.
The Frenchman was fairly friendly and he did tell me I had the “right to remain silent” to which I responded “I’m never silent!” To which he agreed. After awhile he asked me about my Jihad for Jesus guerrilla fighter. To which I responded “I will now exercise my right to be silent.” The guard laughed and said “Yes, you can be silent.”
Anyways Calgary police arrived after I sat in the cell for a couple hours and a female officer looked through the observation window on the cell door and asked me what I was up to. I replied “I’m raising heaven!” Her first statement and question upon my being released from the cell was, “I see you own firearms, this concerns me.” I informed her my firearms are legally purchased and registered. She then asked if anyone has been threatened with my guns. I replied “deer find my guns highly threatening.”
She then informed me the University Campus is “private property” and they can prohibit or allow who they wish on campus. I informed her I found it disingenuous for the university to get on television and call themselves a “public institution” when they want more tax money and then call themselves “private property” when they want to silence Christian conservatives who disagree with the university’s stance on abortion and homosexuality.
Anyways on the issue of homosexuality the publicly funded University of Calgary appears to have taken some of the most extreme positions possible:

On a 1996 child sex/ porn ring sting the university website complains about the police arresting the homosexual men involved in the abuse and states: “Sex is involved, for sure, but the boys - teenage boys, most of them hustlers - never speak for themselves. Their names are a secret. The men involved are never interviewed... Joe Terry: "I know a lot of men who have been seduced by boys. I mean let's face it, when someone who's 17 and good-looking is putting the moves on you, most guys wouldn't say no. Or they wouldn't before all this started. I know a lot of guys who're scared and would think twice about it now. But I mean it takes two. No one gets forced into it. If they're doing it, they're doing it because they want to, especially if they're 15 or 16. They know what they want. And they're going to get it... But when you're 17 years old, or even 14 - like I was doing it when I was 14. I was out there, I was picking up the guys. It wasn't them picking me up. And you can't be a victim unless you're forced into something. So no, I don't think they're victims."

Anyways I got my ticket with my date to appear before a Justice of the Peace on August 26/ 2008. I will go to the court house and plead “not guilty” and hopefully I will find a lawyer to challenge the constitutionality of the University’s practice of silencing social conservative activism on their campus. The last time I was arrested on the U of C campus the Crown Attorney withdrew the charge 1 hour before the trial was to begin.
Once I got my court date and was released I had a few problems. I had no idea where my Jihad for Jesus guerilla fighter was (he was dependent on me for lodging and transportation back to Edmonton) and I lost my cell phone when the campus security was chasing me. I prayed and asked the Lord Jesus to help me find my cell phone and guerilla fighter so we could get back to work and my guerilla fighter wouldn’t get stuck sleeping outside. After my prayer I got on a payphone and called my cell number. Praise God! The Frenchman security officer answered my phone and told me a student turned it in after finding it on the ground. Two minutes after I got my phone from security my guerilla fighter called my number and we were able to hook up and get back to our prophetic work.
For the rest of the day we bombarded the Northwest and Southwest sections of Calgary and only encountered minor harassments from the local heathens. One chased me down, crumpled my flyer, threw it at me and called me some names. Around 8:00 PM we called it quits. We were exhausted. It was 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit) and we spent several hours in a very high end neighbourhood with $1,000,000+ homes where we had to climb up steep hills and up to 30 steps per home to reach their mailboxes. By the end of the day we got out 800 flyers between us. That night a friend treated my guerilla and I to prime cut deer and elk sausage.
The next day (Saturday July 26) we started out at 6:00 Am and proceeded to bombard the southeast corner of the city. Other than a few irate phone calls things were pretty quiet and we were blessed to get out nearly a thousand more flyers before noon. On Saturday afternoon we hit the Northeast sector of the city and got thrown off a townhouse property but not before all the flyers were distributed there anyways.
Around 5:00 PM it started thunder showering and I prayed and asked God to give us a good highrise to leaflet. He answered my prayers as my guerilla and I drove onto the SAIT campus (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) and we were able to walk right into their massive high rise residence with a student holding the door for us and campus security chatting away oblivious to our entry. We took an elevator to the top 29th floorand leafleted every floor until we got to the 5th where two large irate male students cornered us and started yelling we invaded their residence with “porn propaganda.” Within 30 seconds a few young women showed up yelling about our flyers too. One of the men led us down the stairs and then ordered my guerilla and I out the side door. As soon as I opened it the alarm went off and the big guy headed for security. My guerilla and I tried to get to my car but another couple of guys started running towards us and one of them went into some sort of fighting stance and nearly pushed me into the residence wall yelling “I was under arrest!” seeing as he was obviously quite irrational over the flyers I warned him if he hit us he would be under arrest and not us as I would charge him with assault. The student demanded we go to the security office and while he was still clearly mad he was more restrained. My guerilla and I went to the front desk and various students came down complaining about our flyers. I preached about the sodomites corrupting children in Alberta’s schools and how this should concern people rather than yelling about my flyers. The building manager asked me not to leaflet the high rise any more. I agreed and we were on our way.
By 8:00 Pm we put out the last of our flyers. We were very tired and treated ourselves to a Chinese dinner. Since the flyer’s distribution a number of phone calls and e-mails have come in. One fellow who self identified as sending his child to a Catholic school called to complain about the flyer and the fact his daughter saw it. I informed him my flyer (unlike Canada’s highly public homosexual parades) covered the bums of the naked sodomites. I also asked the fellow why he would have a problem with his daughter receiving Scriptural and factual information on the dangers of homosexuality and the threat the homosexual agenda poses to our religious freedom. He replied he has homosexual family members and has no problem with them. He also stated he doesn’t worry about what his daughter sees at school as she is in a Catholic school. I told him the sodomites have had homosexual clubs (that I am aware of) in Alberta’s Catholic schools since 2004, and if he had a family member who was an alcoholic he could still love him but recognize the behavior associated with the vice is destructive. The fellow hung up. Such is the state of so many Canadians who self identify with Christendom. In the final analysis that which is contained in my flyer is true and even if the vast majority of Canadians dislike the truth and prefer the lie, homosexuality is just fine and losing liberty to make homosexuals feel better is ok too, I believe the truth still must be spoken.
